Ask For Operator Concerns & Input Check Upright Assembly Check Parking Brake Operation Check/Fill Master Cylinder Inspect Hyd Cylinders and Hoses Inspect Tires Check and Lubricate Shafts and Levers Inspect Forks and Attachments Check Lights, Horns, Backup Alarm and Gauges Inspect Safety Seat Belts and Hood Latch Check Battery; Add Water and Clean Check/Fill Transmission/Differential Oil Levels

Clean Machine Clean Grease Fillings and Lubricate Check Service Brake Operation Inspect Brake Pedal Linkage Check Tilt Cylinder Anchors Clean or Replace Hyd Sump Breather Check Steering for Operation Inspect Lift and Carriage Chains Inspect Data Plate and Decals Visually Inspect LBR and OHG Check Battery Cables and Receptacles Check/Fill Hydraulic Oil Level

 Gas/LPG/CNG Forklifts:

Blow Out Radiator Core With Compressed Air               Change Oil and Filter Element Check Engine Vent Pipe Inspect Spark Plugs Check Carburetor Check Neutral Start Switch

Check Air Filter; Inspect Hose & Connection Check Fuel, Oil, Water System Check All Accessory Drive Belts Check Distributor Inspect Clutch/Inching Pedal & Linkage

Check Operation of Forward, Reverse and 1A                     Check Contactor Assemblies          Check Load Wheels and Lift Linkage           Check Hydraulic Motor Brushes and Commulator
